WE ARE?
Practice
& Liability Consultants are experienced professionals
with 20+ years of healthcare administration and consulting
experience. Since 1985, we have worked with over 1000 practices
of all sizes and specialties from solo to multi-specialty
groups of over 100 physicians. The majority of clients
are groups of under 10 physicians.
We have successfully met the credentialing criteria that
includes physicians reference checks for the following organizations:
- American Academy of Family Physicians
– Charter Member
- American College of Physicians –
Managed Care Resource Center
- American College of Gastroenterology
- The IPA Association of America
- National IPA Coalition
In addition, our firm
is the only consulting and seminar firm allowed to teach
seminars and receive referrals from The California
Medical Association in addition to several local
medical societies in California.

WHY
HIRE US?
While
we cannot guarantee increased revenue or decreased net income,
our goal is to pay for our consultation fee by at least
one year after consultation. This has been achieved in the
vast majority of client consultations. Additional benefits
include: reduction of partner conflicts, increased staff
morale, greater productivity of physicians and staff, increased
gross and net income, greater patient and referral satisfaction
and a more pleasant work environment. Fees are based on
either a flat fee or hourly basis and where possible, a
minimum and maximum fee is quoted. For local consultations,
a complimentary meeting is arranged to discuss credentials
and to acquaint the physicians with the consultant.
